Utterly Rafted - Third book in the Utterly Series now launched.

Utterly Rafted: third book in the Utterly Series available now.

It begins with two deaths. The body of a young woman is found, so peaceful she could be sleeping. The other, a ferocious murder beyond the railway lines at Stowmarket.
Soon three apprentice carpenters are catapulted into the dangerous world of illegal hare coursing and drug abuse in the south Suffolk countryside. The characters find themselves embroiled in a dark and dangerous underworld, stretching from Wattisham to
Hadleigh, Sudbury to Bury St Edmunds, and beyond the Orwell Bridge. All this is played out against a backdrop of manuscript restoration, totem pole carving and preparation for the annual raft race at Needham Market.

This is a  fresh, fast paced, witty crime novel. The quirky, fallible main characters previously encountered in Utterly Explosive and Utterly Fuelled lead the reader through to a page turner of a finale.

Rebecca Moss Guyver has once again designed a brilliant book cover reflecting the atmosphere and local Suffolk settings. She uses impressionist artwork on a map inspired background to reflect the atmosphere with eye catching colour.

  2. Hi Pauline! We met at the Christmas Fair at the Athenaeum in Bury and you gave me some really useful input into where I could go with my business (my funky little sheep and others) and I just wanted to say thank you. I'm expanding into more everyday items that people can use as not everyone wants to wear jewellery. I've got some cute little badges printed up, and now looking into making calendars and mugs etc with different scene and themes. Not quite on to a storybook yet though! It was really great meeting you and you've opened up a whole new world of ideas to me and I appreciated it hugely!
    All the best,
    Kayleigh

P.S, I've just started reading the Utterly series and enjoying it so far :D

  3. Read about your books in 'In Touch' magazine. Immediately ordered all three novels. Cannot wait to start reading them. They all sound great. Love the local connection.
